License key for CDP Developer


Before using CDP Developer to create your own applications a valid license for this computer must be acquired. This also applies to the CDP tutorial, you can not compile the tutorial without a valid license. We will provide a time-limited demo license for trial purposes. Get it here.

Install license key


When you receive your CDP license key file by mail you copy the file to the CDP license directory, usually 'C:\Program Files\CDP Developer\License'.

Automatic license key request


Use the MailKey tool to automatically generate and send license key request to ICD.

Manual license key request


Please send a mail to license mail with your name, company information and the computer MAC address.

Your computer MAC address can be found from the command prompt (Start Menu - Run.. - 'cmd'); type 'ipconfig /all' and read the MAC address, listed as 'Physical Address'. If you have more than one network adapter, choose the address for the first adapter with valid ip-address (different from 0.0.0.0).
